RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns Policy
Damaged or defective items are time sensitive issues, therefore we require notification within 3 business days of receipt of order so that we can send a replacement and file a claim.

All non-defective items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and be unused and in the original box. For items returned not due to damage or defects, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged items shipped on customers’ shipping accounts (e.g. UPS) are non-returnable and non-refundable. If your return is past 30 days, it is up to our discretion to accept the return. The return shipping on all returns beyond 30 days (if approved) will be paid by the customer.

How To Return An Item

  2. If the item is damaged, you'll be asked to send pictures of the item and also of the packaging to the previous email.
  3. Once the return is approved, send it to:

Return Exceptions

  • Items sold to a third-party are non-returnable.
  • Urns or Jewelry cannot be returned if they have been filled with the cremains
  • Merchandise that has been engraved, worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Clearance or Imperfect Selections items are not returnable.


Return Refunds and Credits

  • For product refunds or credits, it is our discretion whether or not the defective or incorrect product is shipped back to us.
  • Hold all defective or incorrect products for a minimum of 30-days.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued if we do not receive returned products


Restocking Fee

  • All returns that are not defective or damaged, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • We do not refund the original shipping costs.

Cancellations Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require our customers to cancel their orders. To ensure a transparent and fair process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Administration Fee
All paid orders, placed online or over the phone or email, will be subject to a 3% administration fee upon cancellation. This fee covers the processing costs associated with order cancellations and refunds.

Customer's Responsibility
This policy applies when the cancellation is a result of actions within the customer's control, including but not limited to:

  • Providing incorrect credit card information.
  • Providing an inaccurate shipping address.
  • Purchasing the wrong products.
  • Voluntary cancellation.

Notification
Customers must notify us of their intention to cancel an order as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can be submitted by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.

Important Note: if an order has already been shipped and the customer wishes to cancel due to purchasing the wrong products, they will be responsible for returning the products. Additionally, a restocking fee, as outlined in our refund policy, will be applied to the order.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, we will initiate the refund process, minus the applicable 3% administration fee.
  • Please note that refunds typically take an average of 10 days to be processed, and the exact duration may vary depending on the customer's bank and its processing timelines.
  • We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exceptions
This policy does not apply in situations where the cancellation is a result of errors on our part, such as product unavailability or shipping delays caused by our fulfillment processes.

Additionally, we want to highlight that we are not responsible for any unforeseen situations arising from third-party shipping providers. While we strive to provide accurate and timely shipping information, external factors beyond our control may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such instances.

Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with the terms of this cancellation policy may result in the forfeiture of the 15% administration fee waiver.
